My purchase of the property was very stressful and convoluted to say the least, this was not down to Tina but to the sale of another property to fund this purchase, at times I was unfair in my email criticism towards Tina about the paperwork and legal requirements required to purchase, but throughout the process she maintained a very professional and informative approach and orchestrated the purchase on my behalf so that when the time come to exchange contracts it was very seamless. I would definitely use howells and Tina in any future conveyance I require, if I have one minor criticism it would be that when Tina is on holiday her emails are not picked up by anyone else which can be frustrating if your after an answer on something, but this did not affect the overall experience.

Very helpful and easy to talk to and understand, would definitely recommend, price was reasonable and I was made to feel at ease from word go

Our land sale was managed by Andie Hammond very efficiently. Any queries we raised were dealt with promptly and patiently and her explanations of the different situations that arose were explained with great clarity. . We did feel in safe hands.

Absolutely amazing start to finish! Even through some difficult moments, kept me calm and delivered everything on time.

Sarah Workman and the team were outstanding on our sale and purchase. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. Great advice and support. We felt complete confidence that everything was being handled with professionalism and integrity. I would 100% recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons. Thank you Sarah & Harriet for looking after us and making the process much less stressful. Really appreciate all your help.

I have used this company for my Will, a few years ago, and recently for 3 personal property transactions. After poor experiences elsewhere, I really value the care and attention to detail and professional manner that I have experienced with Hewitts, Stockton. I would not go anywhere else now. Thank you.

We recently worked with Chelsie McGahan of Elliot Mather LLP to get a buy to let property completed using a morgage. Chelsie was quick to respond and efficient and the sale went through very smoothly. We would be keen to use this service again in the future. Many thanks again to Chelsie and the team.
