Best Complex Real Estate Transactions Solicitors in Devon

“Sera was fantastic! She was incredibly transparent and always reachable throughout the transaction. My case was a bit complex due to multiple purchases, but Sera's expertise shone through. Even when she was away, she made sure to delegate tasks to her colleagues, ensuring no time was wasted. I've already asked her to handle my next two transactions. The fees were also great value for money.”

“We have recently used brights solicitors, mainly dealing with Carys who has been great during the process of purchasing properties. Carys and the team have always been helpful (and super friendly) with any questions during the time and processing the sale as quickly as possible which has been great. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to use them when needed next time! Thank you!”

“Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough. ”

“Outstanding customer service. Where do I start, Paul who is Conveyancing Paralegal is such a nice person, extremely comprehensive in everything he has done especially with all information provided and always happy to help. Bill who is a solicitor has gone out of his way to help us always, even when the other solicitors in our chain were terrible Bill went above and beyond. All the information provided for our purchases, the support when questions have been raised has been 10/10 and I would never use another solicitors. This is the 4th time I have purchased a property and I wish I had used Amicus Law Yeovil everytime. Thanks again so much and also for getting us in before Christmas 🎄”

“Our purchase of our property was not a straightforward purchase but Ella was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Ella and the team were always on hand to answer any/ all of my questions. Ella made the process of buying and selling as stress free as possible. I couldn't recommend Ella more she was fantastic in dealing with a more complicated purchase with lots of elements to it. I had complete faith in Ella's advice. Would give a 10/10! ”
