Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely recommend Ijaz Ahmad and Haleema Ghani and Manisha Nahar for all conveyancing matters.

Thank you , once again , we received excellent service; advice & support from Chris Howe, Sophie and his team at Gepps for our cconveyencing. Always receiving a warm welcome in person or from telephone conversations or via email. Service provided is always excellent and cannot be faulted, thank you again . My family have always used Gepps for any legal matter and will continue to do so. I can 100% recommend them.

There are quite a few unsatisfactory solicitors out there. Having lost our wonderful solicitor to retirement, I went through 4 of these unsatisfactory solicitors. I asked friends for recommendations but all fell short. All I ask is that someone be pro active, easy to talk to, and keep in touch with updates. all of these were clearly too much for the companies I went through. In need once more, I started to call all of the companies with good reviews and see what came up. HSR Law were the 2nd company I called and I got lucky with a great young woman who after going through the few requirements I had, told me I needed Melissa Squires. Melissa called me straight away and I missed her call, so she immediately emailed me...this indeed was quite a novelty that someone called me back! Soon spoke to Melissa and she has now completed the work for me on a commercial lease. At last...a good solicitor! She is extremely thorough, very personable and certainly pro active. I can recommend Melissa very highly.

Excellent support from Shweta on what was, a simple process, but involved lots of liaison with different parties - Shweta was very patient!

Lauren G, David L & Sam were great in getting me a completion done on a bridging loan quickly. There hard work is much appreciated. 5 star service!

Emma was amazing from start to finish. She helped us exchange contracts about 10 months before the completion of our new build and was always on hand in that time if we had any questions about the process. Completion was so efficient, just woke up on the day and shortly after my phone rang to say it was done. 11/10

My case was handled by two lovely women- Kim and Adele. Very professional with great service, efficient and approachable. Good communication and quick with responses. Really happy for making this process very easy and kept me in the loop at all stages. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Did a commerical auction property for me. Had conveyancers in past who don’t answer calls or never reply but Alice always answered calls and phoned back promptly . I’ve never actually worked with a team this good!

Caroline and the team have undertaken many transactions for me over the years plus will and probate too. Can recommend them highly. The Wilde”s

I have to say working with Annie Riches was a fantastic experience. All the way from start to completion I could not have asked any more from her. I know that it was a challenge from day one but with Annie on my side I knew that it would all be ok. Without Annie I don't think that we would have got through all the grief. THANK YOU ANNIE
