I’m so glad that we instructed Carmen and her team for our Help to Buy London redemption and remortgage. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and our transaction completed without delays, despite it being more complex due to the redemption of HTB. We are very grateful for the fantastic work of Carmen and her team!

Masie Clark was a pleasure to work with, she had lots of patience and a very friendly but professional manner. Always got back to you when contacted. Would highly recommend

We recently instructed Hewitts for the purchase of our new build home. From the very beginning the service we received was first rate. We were kept updated all the way through, they were always happy to answer our questions and we received a very personal service. Excellent experience and we would definitely recommend

I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.

1st-time buyer of small London property. My experience with Amphlett Lissimore was excellent throughout the 6-month period. Efficient, clear and friendly communication. I always felt that I knew where we were in the process and how things were progressing. Highly recommended. Thank you to Claire and the team. My only minor feedback point, happening right at the very end of the process, was receiving an incorrect invoice for the final payments (it included stamp duty for a 285k first-time buy). But thank you again Claire for everything. I'll be back in touch for assistance in the future for sure.

Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The girls at Amicus Law helped to make our buying and selling process completely stress free and we would highly recommend them. Communication was fantastic throughout, with quick responses and updates frequently. Thank you so much.

We have dealt with Greg Humphries and the Team at Gardner Leader over several years. They are always professional, prompt and helpful.

Angharad and Edwina have done an amazing job with my remortgage. What started as a very stressful situation was made so much easier, very informative and very fast acting. Can't thankyou both enough.
