On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously. We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. …………………….. N.B.In the description boxes below I haven’t selected the services not required or which we could not compare. With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them. As stated before…..very happy!

Jodanna at Heringtons provided an outstanding service from start to finish. We were selling an apartment that had a complex leasing arrangement which she dealt with very efficiently. After the first property we were buying fell through, she dealt with the second one extremely quickly and we reached completion in a very short time frame which meant we didn't lose our buyer. Jodanna was always responsive, clear and is very pleasant to deal with!

I have worked with Chelsie for many years on an array of different transactions, whether that be a freehold acquisition, refinance, lease event or a straight forward leasehold disposal. Having worked with many different legal firms over the years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Chelsie and in turn Elliot Mather are beyond the 'good' end of that spectrum. I always seem to have more than one job on with Chelsie at anyone time, some easier than other. Her attention to detail and level of communication is exceptional and enables her to run rings round Partners at National Law firms on the other side of the transactions, which is why I continue to push significant amount of business Chelsie's way! Could not recommend more!
