Simon Chambers acted for our partnership in a land deal. He dealt with us in an exemplary manner throughout. His advice was clear and concise and he helped us through a matter, which at times, became contentious with calm good sense. Not only was Simon’s advice good, it was timely. We always had complete confidence that Simon would act on our behalf and that he would do so promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone contemplating any sort of land deal

Alan and Judy were both very helpful with sorting out my land purchase and kept me updated throughout the transaction. Would definitely instruct them again in future.

We used Phoenix Lawyers for our first home purchase and were very impressed with the level of service throughout. Tito was our main point of contact and was always professional and approachable. Reshma handled our legal work with great attention to detail, addressing our many queries thoroughly and keeping us informed at every stage. Akshay was incredibly helpful in answering our questions clearly and patiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. Govardhan in compliance was efficient and responsive. Sreekumar as Managing Director clearly runs a well organised firm. As first time buyers with lot of questions we needed a solicitor who could move quickly and communicate clearly. Phoenix Lawyers delivered on both counts. We would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a property.

My experience of Calthrops (specifically Paul Turnell) has been first rate. Proactive communication, always available at the end of a phone and efficient completion of property transactions - a very refreshing experience which I would wholeheartedly recommend.
