Helen helped us to put a little pressure on my brothers by asking for them to agree to what we had in our business account was to be split three way between the three brothers & to agree to the figure I had got it too before the exchange of contracts . Which by doing so it helped to bring the business to a amicable conclusion in a roundabout way so Helen did a good professional job on the transfer of properties which was quite complex because of there being 3 residential properties & 1 commercial property plus some of the property’s were the wife’s as well so as I say it was. quite complex ”
