Rachel is head & shoulders above any other I have dealt with . she is extremely efficient, deals with phone calls & emails promptly is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In the 5yrs that I have used her expertise she has gone over & above what is expected of a solicitor & I consider her to be a vital asset to my business and simply wouldn’t use anyone else.

I really trusted our solicitor and they clearly made a great effort as the transaction approached completion. I would have liked to have been given weekly or fortnightly update even if just to say we haven't had ... Back from the vendor yet, so I didn't have to call the solicitors as often as I did. I appreciate the overall service and the fact things were dealt with promptly.
