The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. Jessica had a real handful to deal with on this one, that was made far more difficult than it should have been. Others would have lost the plot with it. She just kept doing what was needed telling me what i needed to do and the boundaries of a Conveyancing solicitor so i could get my marital solicitor involved at the right time to avoid too many delays.
