“Leanne Brown, Phillip, the whole team have been there to stand beside me from the start. Having them supporting me has been beyond words. (My ex partner made accusations against me to stop access to my daughter. After family court I was then fighting in the crown court). Leanne has always been there to support me, whether it a phone call or email/ text. She's been there with immediate response. I'm comfortable expressing my emotions and concerns. She's been there helping and simplifying the process. I felt prioritized, I understood that Leanne and the team were also covering other cases, but I didn't feel at all that Leanne was too busy to talk to me. She has impeccable patience to put up with me :-). I hope that no one I know goes through the criminal courts but if they do, I know who they can call.”
