Pulled out all the stops

Both Liz Hullard and Connie Smith were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and when we needed to speed things up because of my husbands hospital commitments, they pulled out all the stops. Highly recommend to friends and family.

All managed effectively remotely

Simple and hassle free to deal with, all managed effectively remotely during a very busy time for conveyancing. More than matched my expectations, which was very much appreciated in the stress of moving house. Thank you.

Went the extra mile

I looked you for help in respect of being the executor of a will with difficult issues the solicitor explained the law and the process and obtained probate on the will. She also went the extra mile to ensure that everything was completed as far as she could up to the present time. I will certainly use your services again in the future.

Very Inexperience staff.
Completely mishandled the case. I had hired them for the purchase of a new build property. They ignored an important element in the process of completing the Transfer and Registered Title document.

Due to this mistake in the title document no lender is willing to Remortgage the property and its proving to be a lengthy and tiresome process to get this rectified. Now I am feeling like being cheated as they appeared to have acted in the favour of the Builder rather than me who paid all their fees.

Not recommended!

I hired them for an housing problem many years ago. The solicitor I had to represent me was absolutely useless. She shared information with the other side which I had requested should not happen. She never took the necessary steps for an optimal outcome. The only wise actions were the ones that I decided and acted on myself which evntually achieved the outcome which was preferential. My overall impression they just wanted the fee

Still waiting to hear back form them, I've paid them all the fees they DEMANDED! I've spoken to 4 different people except the person in control of my house purchase. Never reply to emails, never call back, when I do call she is never there. Absolutely useless. Please don't waste your money or time with these people. Hopefully they see this review and actually reply to me.
