We were first time buyers so the process can be overwhelming, however Poole Alcock were very friendly helpful staff and everything we received was very easy to understand. We were kept updated on the run up to completion on what was happening and were able to get in touch should we need to. Would highly recommend. Thank you Poole Alcock

As a first-time buyer I was nervous and overwhelmed by the whole process and worried about being conned into extra fees etc. Sarah was completely fantastic and made the whole process so smooth and easy. She answered any questions straight away and nothing was too silly or stupid to ask. Shared Ownership / leasehold comes with an extra layer of complexity but Sarah is well-versed in this and knows the process like the back of her hand. Everything was clearly explained where legal jargon would have got the better of me. Their fees are very reasonable and what I expected to pay for a shared ownership purchase. I had some completely ridiculous quotes and Tozers were spot on what I expected, without ridiculous over-estimations of searches charges etc. Would not hesitate to use again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Would recommend 2 friends and family and will be in contacting again 4 other disputes. Thank you very much samantha

I would like to thank Mr. Nawaz for his excellent support and advice in helping me deal with a property litigation matter. He guided me through the process with professionalism, clarity, and a focus on achieving the right outcome at the least cost. His expertise and practical approach gave me confidence throughout the case. I highly recommend Mr. Nawaz to anyone seeking reliable and efficient legal advice.

Truly fantastic from start to finish!! We pushed for it to happen asap and First correspondence started on the 27/02/2017 and as of today's date 24/03/2017 we received the keys to our new family home, just over 3 weeks in total for all and everything can't thank Lauren Dilworth and her team enough will have no hesitation in putting your name forward to friends and family, will only use Ward Gethin Archer in the future.

My call was answered by Tom Barry this morning and he was incredibly conscientious and helpful in giving me initial advice towards settling a dispute I have had with the seller of a pony I purchased, which was misrepresented and mis-sold and has put both myself and that is my young child in danger! He kindly gave me advice and signed posting towards free services and also detailed what I can do myself before formally progressing with paying a retainer for legal service services. I really really appreciate appreciated Tom’s support and knowledge and I’m very thankful.

Sheroze and Lucy at Forbes supported/helped guide me through a very difficult case and gave me so much help it was priceless. They cared about me and were very empathetic. Sheroze also helped me with the actually day in court and gave me advice on how to present myself in court. I went to court as a lay person with no solicitor and would not have had the strength to pursue the defendant if it weren’t for the help of Forbes Solicitors Blackburn and Preston! Thank you so much - I couldn’t have done it without them xx

I wanted to thank Afsha and the team for your hard work and super service throughout the purchase of the house. I'm grateful for your good communication and patience with negotiating me through the trials I encountered along the way. I would not hesitate to use or recommend team Ayub again.

Nick Arthur provided an excellent & efficient service, good value with pragmatic, straight forward advice. We will definitely continue to use Nick for future projects.
