I have recenty had cause to use Emma's services which is the second time I have called on her. On both occasions she has been successful in pursuit of my claims. She is very good on the detail and came up with angles of approach to the issues that proved to be key to the succcessful outcomes. The latest issue required a timely action by her and she got the work done quickly and efficiently at short notice. I really appreciate her adversarial approach that matched my ambition whilst also tempering it in a practical manner. Emma will certainly be my first port of call in any future dispute.
