“Even though my case went on for over 4 years, for what in my eyes was an easy & straight forward case, all the solicitors that were involved over the years were informative & understanding to my situation. I found that whenever I made contact, response was pretty efficient & quick. Julie certainly seemed to be the most pro-active solicitor in the case, with clear instruction & advice, in which she was involved in the case, at the final & most important hurdle. Thank you Julie, for keeping me calm when at my most impatient/frustrated times! There was only really negative experience in the case, which was in the earlier stages, where I felt I was forgotten about & it seemed to take months, to raise & send a letter to the defendant. This instance was not with Julie though & was soon sorted once I chased.”
