My court case was today 17/09/21, John Ruane was exceptional and professional from start to finish. I had 9 points on my license for speeding then November 2020 I was caught for a mobile phone offence working away in Gloucester. As I knew I was going to be prosecuted for a rotting offence due to my work and family life commitments it gave me no option but to find a solicitor who would try and get exceptional hardship. I tried a few different solicitors in the early months however when once I had spoken to John on the phone it was my gut instinct that John was the only man for this job. We both knew from the start that there was no guarantee on me keeping my license due to my personal circumstances so we labelled it as a 50/50 chance. John’s took all of the stress and frustration out of this situation for me by breaking the argument down into the finest of details ensuring everything was covered. The courts messed my hearing date up I’m guessing due to Covid, John was immediately onto the courts in sharp and professional manner he dealt with things from his end which again for someone who has never been through this experience before took a lot of the stress and anxiety away. After a long 6/8 months today I got the decision and closure I needed, and can honestly say I don’t think that I could have chosen anyone else for this case other than John Ruane. Thank you very much John for making this experience a life lesson for me! And also your commitment of this from start to finish a true credit. Tom
