Law firms ranked by client reviews
School placements cover decisions about where a child attends school, how a place is allocated, and the ongoing support a pupil receives. A solicitor in England and Wales who works in this area handles admissions, transfers, and appeals, challenges to placement decisions, and disputes over SEN provision or safeguarding commitments. They draft responses to local authorities, represent clients at school admissions and exclusion appeals, and assist with creating or challenging education-based placement plans and accompanying legal documentation.
