Many times she had to challenge my perspectives and encouraged strength. Alex had an objective approach and was always quick and prompt in replying to emails and calls. Her in depth knowledge was reassuring and was able to relay in a succinct manner that was easy to digest. I felt with Alex’s friendly manner that she always had my best interests at the heart and was extremely reassuring during the whole process which was really appreciated.
