I instructed Hansells for the creation of a health and wealth POA for myself as they are the custodians of my Will. The person dealing with my POA was Andrea Bell who on my arrival put me at ease and was very approachable. During the process of filling in the forms I made a couple of mistakes and again Andrea corrected these for me which made the whole experience less stressful. In my opinion Andrea made an exceptional job of my POA.

Dealing with Stephanie Buckeridge in support of my divorce was much easier than I might have expected. Her professional advice, tempered with a supportive approach made the whole process acceptable. Her reaction to some of the requests from the other party matched my thoughts, though I was always provided with alternative approaches, along with potential consequences. I would certainly recommend Gardner Leader to others.

Emma and her team were extremely efficient. If anything came up that needed dealing with Emma got straight on to it. All the staff I spoke to via the phone were really helpful + supportive. Only issue I had was not always understanding my options or what each order involved so I had to make additional calls to clarify things. A breakdown of what's involved for orders would have been useful.
