Family Advice covers matters arising from family relationships, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, such as where a child lives and spends time, and financial claims on separation. A solicitor practising in this area investigates circumstances, collects financial information, drafts settlement proposals or court documents, and negotiates or applies to the court for orders on behalf of a client. “Sarah Lewis acted for us on the sale of our property. Professional approach in a frustrating process with unnecessary delays caused by our buyers solicitors. Good legal knowledge providing sensible advice. I found the team extremely courteous and keen to assist, particularly the support team (Wendy and Marie). ”
