Lisa returned my first telephone call quickly and arranged for the initial meeting within a few days where she explained exactly the requirements. When the documents were ready for signing she arranged for an independent witness, who was known to us, to be present and to countersign the documents. The whole process through to the registration of the PoA's with the Office of the Public Guardian was conducted professionally.
