Ian took great steps to explain in clear and honest communication what Dad's rights were, even in what was a very difficult case. The explanation was very clear and easy to understand. The way Zoe explained to me the difference between Fostering and SGO was amazing she made sure I understood the line was not very clear at the beginning however she did not give up she kept on saying let's try again after a moment which worked very well.
