Top 10 of 4,157 law firms for Uncontested Divorce, Family Law

Law firms ranked by client reviews

Uncontested divorce covers couples who do not dispute the end of their marriage and want a straightforward dissolution. A solicitor helps prepare the divorce petition, liaises with the court, ensures all required documents are filed, and handles any ancillary matters such as child arrangements or financial provision where possible. The work focuses on obtaining a legally binding separation without contested hearings, within the framework of the Matrimonial Causes Act and related rules.

Where a solicitor protects your position

The key stage is securing a final decree before the court by following fixed deadlines and procedures. A solicitor provides professional accountability, protected client accounts, and regulated conduct throughout the process, ensuring the petition is correctly drafted and the court’s requirements are met.

Kirsten Bennett

Tagged solicitor Kirsten Bennett

Kirsten Bennett is a superb solicitor. I changed solictiors half way through my divorce proceedings and could not have done a better thing. The firm are excellent but Kirsten is a huge part of that. She is professional but empathic. She is bold but has humility. She made, what was an awful and tricky divorce, a supportive experience. She has a real 'can do' outlook and is very client focussed, clear and down to earth. She would always reply promptly to any enquiry, always keep me updated and always did what she said she would. I could not recommend her enough.

We have had contact with Alex and Zena in the preparation of our wills and Powers of Attorney and found both of them to be very friendly and approachable. They answered our questions fully and were very efficient in the preparation of our papers. They make you feel comfortable and are both very informative. Adam at the reception desk was also very friendly and helpful.
