I was unfortunate enough to find myself in the position of being under inverstigation by the NMC. I contacted Richard Nelson LLP Solicitors and had a return phone call from Marie Dancer. I instantly felt reassured, Maries knowledge base of the NMC's investigating process is outstanding. I cannot recommend Marie Dancer highly enough and would strongly suggest to anyone who finds themselves in this terrible postion to contact Marie for advice and support. At all times Marie was very supportive, honest and a true professional. I feel very lucky to have been represented by Marie with the best outcome of no case to answer. Don't hesitate to call and get the advice and support of true professionals.

Due to an awful experience with the local Health Board, with regards to the care my late dad received, I found myself conacting JCP as one of the go too solicitors recommended by the Health Board. From start to finish, the empathy and professionalism shone through. A special mention to Nick's assistant Alison, who was a delight to communicate with. She kept me upto date with progress, was always at hand if I had a query. Thank you sincerely to you both, for making the whole experience a stress free, painless ordeal. My dear dad would of been most impressed by the service you have given me, thank you both 😊
