Excellent Company

Eloise dealt with both the sale of our property in Herefordshire and the purchase of our new home in Pembrokeshire. She was very approachable, efficient, friendly, informative, helpful and professional. We had no problem in making an appointment when we needed to see her and she was always very accommodating. Together with the help of Lucy we would highly recommend to people wanting a smooth successful transaction.

Will and estate transfer

Their first response to any enquiry seems to be to send a multi-page form to fill in, much of it requiring information that has nothing to do with the enquiry. I only met the solicitor once; she seemed very competent and pleasant, but I would't like to try and see her in a hurry. Generally, service seemed very remote and impersonal, and they gave an unfortunate impression that the most important part of the case was their payment. They invoiced me for a bill I had paid three weeks earlier. Reception seemed offhand and uninterested.

Throughout the whole process, Chris looked after my interests incredibly well and successfully. He was patient, honest, proactive and his attention to detail was exceptional. His knowledge and experience gave me confidence and he guided me so brilliantly through the maze of obstacles this process inevitably presents. I cannot recommend him highly enough and thank him most sincerely in helping to get my life back on track. I’m indebted to him and his excellent team.

The only sensible choice

Having worked in the local property industry for 16 years as a Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent I had become very familiar with the local firms of solicitors offering conveyancing. When it came to us emigrating and selling our house there was only one firm I would have entertained using for our sale conveyance, Hains and Lewis and, in particular - Gayle Edwards. Gayle is straightforward, no-nonsense, gets things done and offers first class advice. We agreed a sale on the 29th November and completed before Christmas. I can't recommend Team Gayle and Rosie highly enough!
