I was at the end of aclong chain selling and buying a property. Laura Carter and her team dealt with the conveyancing process in a professional and friendly manner. Communication was great and it was evident had I not been in a long chain the whole process would have concluded much quicker. Fees were very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Devonalds dealt with the sale of a buy to let property for me. The service was friendly and helpful and I was kept informed about progress. Devonalds have been brilliant during a very long and drawn out 6 months it has taken to buy our house. At our end, we were ready to complete within 8 weeks of the offer being accepted and this was due to Nicky’s excellent work getting required work complete. Will definitely be using Devonalds for any future purchases!
