We were looking for a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of our properties. We were recommended Devonald's by our estate agent. I am so happy he recommended them because the experience has been first class- I haven’t been able to say that ever before in the past with other legal forms we’ve used. Their app worked perfectly for us. We are both busy professionals and having everything at our fingertips was so handy. It made the process so smooth and kept all our documents in one place. Victoria was superb and answered any question we had within minutes. I felt she was there whenever we needed her and we felt so supported during the entire process. The whole experience was fantastic and we will only use this firm going forwards! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Superb work.

Called three times in a coupe of days to engage a solicitor to act on my behalf.
Mathew wasn't available so I left a message to call back explaining that the case is time sensitive...... no call back.

I called this morning to reach Mathew and the person who answered the phone was very abrupt and not very welcoming at all.
From there I was passed to someone else, who although more friendly, needed me to explain the reason for my call - this is now the third time and third person I've had to explain this to, without even speaking to a solicitor.

Needless to say I'm off to someone else.
