I am a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer with Devonalds, based in the Church Village office. I joined Devonalds in March 2023 as a Legal Assistant and progressed to the role of a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer in July 2024 in order to achieve full qualification. I specialise in all aspects of residential property and am committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I take pride in my approachable and personable nature, always aiming to make legal matters clear and easy to understand. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends and family and travelling whenever I get the chance.

    From day one using Devonalds app it was very easy to keep in contact with the solicitor. If I needed to speak over the phone he was available to do so. I would highly recommend Mr Daniel Evan’s who dealt with the exchange of contracts very well. All staff were polite and easy to talk to whenever I phoned for advise or to deal with any problem.

    Daniel Evans acted for us in the sale of a house. I can thoroughly recommend him - pleasant, polite, assiduous. Everything you would wish for in a conveyancer. I don't think it was the easiest of sales, but Dan got us there: we shall be using him again. Thank you Dan.

    Daniel Evans at Devonalds Church Village was the solicitor we used for the purchase of our first home. Although a stressful life experience, Daniel helpfully chased responses and reports for us in a timely way, explained what we needed explaining, and when we hit a snag with some of the issues with our home he worked to ensure these would not cause us any issues or stress in the future. The whole team were responsive and friendly, their professionalism not wavering even though we were very much on their tail. The Devonalds app also made communications easy, and is a huge plus point to using Devonalds. Thank you very much for the experience we have had - it was fantastic. Megan & Nick Kyte
