Great service for a not so straightforward case

Luke and his team were great in handling the unexpected complications of my house sale. All options were displayed to me to choose from so we could resolve the problem and move forward. Luke even highlighted the negligence of my previous solicitor and suggested how I could claim for the lost money.

Living some distance away from my father and his property was challenging but on all occasions Luke and Alex at Devonald's supported me when needed, providing information and clarity in areas which needed more explanation to me. I actually had a meeting with Alex whilst down in Wales, taking the opportunity to dot the i's and cross the t's so to speak; an extremely personable gentleman who made the final steps stress free!! Thank you Luke and Alex for your support and the speedy process of this sale, my dad and I are now somewhat relived it has gone, although the memories are always there.

Called three times in a coupe of days to engage a solicitor to act on my behalf.
Mathew wasn't available so I left a message to call back explaining that the case is time sensitive...... no call back.

I called this morning to reach Mathew and the person who answered the phone was very abrupt and not very welcoming at all.
From there I was passed to someone else, who although more friendly, needed me to explain the reason for my call - this is now the third time and third person I've had to explain this to, without even speaking to a solicitor.

Needless to say I'm off to someone else.
