Very good; a good conveyance solicitor is worth a lot, especially if you have previously had one that is uninterested and did the bare minimum. We had Luke from the branch, and he worked quickly and effectively, and kept a lot of the buyers odd and silly requests away and managed them himself. Exactly what you want from the legal side for things like this.

As a first time buyer the the thought of buying a house was daunting but Luke at Devonalds Bridgend made the process so easy. I was recommended Devonalds by both my Estate Agent and Mortgage Advisor independently and thought that this must mean they provided a quality service, they did not disappoint. Luke Williams and the team at Devonalds Bridgend went above and beyond to ensure as stress free a process as possible. Working on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home they led us through every step of the process, supported by an app to make life easier rather than relying on snail mail we got through our forms quickly and efficiently. Searches and Enquiries were handled with little requirement from us to get involved. Where there were issues regarding communication with both sides of our chain Luke and his team were quick to act, putting pressure on where needed to ensure there was no delay. I would use Luke and his team for any future legal matter, they have proven to be trustworthy, attentive and offered a personal service that would be hard to beat.

Fast, efficient, and helpful. Luke Williams and his team at Devonalds are great. My partner an I did not need to chase them during the purchase of our first home.
