Solicitor Mr Gerald Evans was incredibly professional and thorough, as were all of his staff members. I honestly cannot praise Mr Evans and his staff enough 10/10 for continuous, professional and compassionate service at all times. I was fully supported throughout my claim process in a warm and friendly manner. Mr Evans was always available to speak to and always provided an outstanding service!

Joel Evans who is a partner in the firm has stated that he did not have a copy of the note of the value of my mother's jewellery that she stated she wished to have attached to her November 2018 will. He provided a witness statement stating that he failed to keep a written and electronic copy of the completely different will she apparently wrote in January 2020. He states the conversation about the change of the will was carried out over the phone, why? It seems very incompetent for a partner in a law firm to fail to store and retrieve an attendance note and to fail to keep a note of the value of jewellery with a will.
I would not recommend using this firm to write a will.
