Ffion Durston completed the Probate for my late father with compassion and professionalism, as were the staff at the Caerphilly branch. I would definitely use them again.

house purchase completed after only 2 months from solicitor engagement, so couldn't have asked for anything more timely! Account setup was quick and the AML checks went quickly despite my somewhat chaotic statements; house queries swiftly responded to and overall, communication was 10/10.

Sara Edwards and the team are amazing! Having recently acted for us in house sale and purchase, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are always "on top of things", and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Nothing has been too much trouble. We were returning clients as they acted for us previously in another house sale. We would 100% recommend them!
Many thanks for your lovely review! We'll be sure to pass this on to Sara and her team. All the best :)
Nicky and Libbie recently acted on the sale of my mother’s property and couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick responses to emails and actively progressing the sale, meant it was a smooth process from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancing service ⭐️
Thanks for the lovely review Jodie - all the best!
Can’t recommended Nicky enough - he was super efficient throughout the conveyancing of our first house. Despite difficulties in communication with the sellers solicitors, he regularly kept me updated and pushed for a completion date.
Thanks for your review Sian, all the best! :)
A huge thank you to Sara and Helen for all their hard work and support throughout my sale. Conveyancing can be such a stressful process, and there were definitely some challenging moments along the way, but Sara and Helen were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout. They kept on top of things, chased matters when needed and were always there to answer my questions and explain what was happening, which made a huge difference during what was a very stressful few months. I really appreciate all the time, patience and effort they put into getting everything over the line and completing the sale. Thank you both so much for everything you did. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support throughout the process and would happily recommend Sara and Helen to anyone needing a solicitor. ❤️
thanks very much for your kind words, we'll pass your feedback on to Sara and Helen! :)
We’ve now used Devonalds for two house sales and have been really impressed with the service both times. Communication has always been great, and we were kept up to date by Nicky and Libbie with the progress throughout via their app, which made the whole process feel really simple and straightforward. We also found being able to complete all the paperwork through the app really helpful. It made things much quicker and helped speed up the whole process. Would definitely recommend Devonalds and would happily use them again in the future.
