There was only 8 working days left until the stamp duty holiday ended. We asked if she would be able to complete our house buying transaction in 8 working days as the saving would make a huge difference to us and enable us to complete work in our new house that we needed to do. This did not phase Tracey and she said that she thought that she would be to do this. Tracey was extremely hardworking, efficient, highly competent and thorough with a lovely manner.
