We have used Streathers Solicitors for purchasing a freehold and a subsequent voluntary lease extension. Couldn’t have been happier with their service and highly recommend them. Thanks a lot to Jo, Rebecca and Jaime for making the whole experience fast and smooth! Will definitely engage with them again.

I was very uncertain about which direction to take when I first sought advice from Fay, but her assertive, clear manner immediately helped me find clarity. She speaks with confidence, and it shows in the way she frames her answers — direct, structured, and genuinely reassuring. Her guidance made my decision‑making straightforward, and I left the one‑hour consultation feeling informed, supported, and relieved. I’m delighted with the service I received and would happily recommend her to anyone seeking clear, confident legal advice.

Rachel Hardingham at Winckworths has guided us through the enfranchisement of our Kennington flat along with the other leaseholders and then through its sale with calm professional advice throughout. There were some tricky legal points which Rachel dealt with superbly and I would recommend her services to anyone seeking to go through the same processes

Emma came highly recommend and I was not disappointed with the service or final outcome. .My great thanks to her.

We were in communication with Chetan Hottkar. Was lovely to speak with and understood. Would highly recommend.
