They were very helpful and explained every step of the claim for us and and helped when our landlord wasn't cooperating, even after the original case was closed they gave us a courtesy follow up call and when we told them our landlord still hadn't fixed the problem they explained although they couldn't do another claim against them but they would help us by calling the landlord on our behalf without any charge to see why they hadn't fixed the problem which then in turn made sure they actually fixed the original problem which we are so thankful for.
