Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up. If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'. If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !

I simply can't praise Jo, our conveyancer, enough. Throughout a, very long, house purchase she was always contactable and always took the time to explain what was happening. We were always kept in the loop as she chased our sellers and their solicitors for information. We will definitely be using Tees for our next house purchase.
