The sale of my mother's property (she is in a care home, and I am her attorney) was handled smoothly by BHP Law. Friendly and professional communication throughout, with prompt, clear responses to our questions - especially from Tracey Steele.

I needed a solicitor to handle the legal aspects of extending the lease on my flat. Aldridge Brownlee were recommended by an estate agent I consulted. I was very satisfied with my choice. Everything was dealt with very professionally. Queries were answered promptly and the whole process proved less stressful than I had anticipated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to any of my neighbours if they want to extend their lease.

I recommend their services 100%. They know what they are doing . I can not fault them on anything. Professional, personal and caring. Best solicitor in the Bedfordshire area. I will recommend. Bushra and Sobiah were amazing. Thank you

I cannot recommend Saeed Ahmad highly enough. He acted as my conveyancer when I bought my house, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was always responsive whenever I needed him, which is something I really appreciated after dealing with other conveyancers in the past. Whenever I had a question or needed an update, he was easy to reach and always happy to help. What really stood out was how smoothly he handled everything. Anyone who has bought or sold a house will know how stressful the process can be, but Saeed made it feel straightforward. He knows exactly what needs to be done, protects his client's interests, and gets things moving without making life difficult. He was also proactive in chasing the other parties whenever needed, which made a real difference. Thank you, Saeed, for all your hard work and professionalism. I would happily recommend you to anyone buying or selling a property.

I would like to express my thanks to Andrew and the team at Hegarty LLP Solicitors for all of your help with everything and for the excellent service you have all provided throughout the time it has taken to complete the sale of my mother's property.

Henna Lynch based at the Feltham branch of OWC gave me confidence and trust a few years ago when I was selling a property. I returned to Henna again to advise and guide me with the sale of a property. Always efficient, speedy and to the point in what needed to be done. I will always recommend Henna to friends needing a brilliant solicitor. Thank you Henna for all your hard work and support. March 2025

Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue. We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs. Jane, Vicki, Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, Kimberley and everyone else at Healys who worked with us these past 10 months - thank you. Truly could not have done it without you.

Gemma has been my conveyancing solicitor at Hansell's for a number of years and has handled several transactions for me. Always honest, reliable and terrific at what she does. Highly recommended!

Graeme dealt with the sale of my late mother's house in Cornwall. Under difficult circumstances of COVID, the service was excellent. He was always responsive to any questions/enquiries and even when he was away from the office he made sure there was continuity, resulting in a prompt sale completion. Thank you
