I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. It was so stressful but they were so supportive and we can't thank them enough. Totally recommend using this firm for both sales and purchases.
