During the sale of our house, Faith was exceptionally efficient and had all of our paperwork ready in an impressively quick time. The chain below us was complex and took many months but Faith chased up everything that was needed and enabled us to complete the sale. We would completely recommend Faith for any property sales.

I have used Jill Donbavan on numerous occasions and once again had an excellent standard of service. Jill, ably assisted by Julie and Gina, would always respond to any of my queries and dealt with all matters in a proactive, friendly and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Parker Bullen in Totton to any future clients.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Awareness of the deadline. Clear instructions/help/advice in written communication.

Neelam Trikha managed a significant number of (often intractable) lease extensions on behalf of our freehold company over an extended period of time.  I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and persistent but most importantly personable which made Neelam a real pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Amphlett Lissimore and Neelam will certainly be the first person I contact for all of my future lease extension needs.

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

Steph Brayshay took on our property sale which we wanted done Very quickly. Steph dealt with our request and with little ado and real professionalism did what she had to in record time.
