Jenna updated us regarding the sale of our parents property expediently and professionally at all times.

I had previously dealt with Kalim in relation to the sale of my late father’s property, so when it came to handling the sale of my late mother’s property, I did not hesitate to instruct him again. Kalim was thorough, efficient, communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated regularly, handled matters promptly. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with Kalim and I am extremely grateful for all of his help and support. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you

Louise Langabeer and her team of Kim Pearce and Sharon Nicholls have dealt with 3 house purchases and 2 house sales for me over the last 9 years. Louise is not only highly professional and effective but also has an excellent communication ability and retains a good sense of humour (as do her team). It has been a pleasure to engage them and to work with them. I would not say "Tenacious" ( it can smack of aggression ?) but certainly "Determined" in getting results.

We experienced an unusually upsetting and complicated situation, requiring legal assistance. Holidays delayed events but as soon as Mrs Leach returned everything, as far as Forbes was concerned, ran smoothly. Amanda was calm, friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. By her carefully structured questioning she managed to assess the situation, finding a way forward. She took time to explain everything for the successful outcome. Thank you

We've used Eastham's twice now and will do so again for future house moves. Kim & Adele are wonderful, down to earth and always a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

We would like to thank our conveyancing solicitor Joanna for making the sale of our dad’s house as smooth and stress-free as possible. Professional, efficient, and always helpful, Joanna kept us informed throughout the process. We would happily recommend Joanna to anyone looking for a reliable & supportive conveyancing solicitor.

I was recommended to use Ashton’s by family and by my mortgage advisor and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass on this recommendation to others. Ashton’s did a very thorough job by keeping me updated with progress on the enquiries and always answering my questions promptly. At times where I spoke to them on the phone, they were friendly yet still professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very helpful and professional. Quick response to any questions. This is our second time using. Would recommend.
