We have dealt with Barker Gotelee on the sale of two properties to date plus the purchase of another two properties. We cannot speak highly enough of Nicola and Bridget, they are efficient, communicate in a timely manner and are always approachable. We felt that Nicola had our best interests at heart throughout the process and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of. If only all solicitors were like this – a real credit to the firm, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and BAMc.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Louisa. In particular, I appreciated her prompt and to-the-point responses. Her guidance and expertise made the purchasing experience very smooth. The straightforward information Louisa provided helped me make decisions efficiently during the purchase process. I never felt confused or overwhelmed when speaking with her. Her professional yet friendly demeanour put me at ease. I hope that Louisa receives all due recognition for her excellent customer service skills. Her prompt responses, guidance and expertise have made me very satisfied with my purchase. I would enthusiastically recommend Louisa to anyone seeking assistance during the purchasing process.

Liz Rose was excellent during the process of us purchasing our first house. She explained everything in good detail and did a lot of chasing on our behalf. She was true to her word and was always one step ahead of the sellers solicitors. Thank you so much. Andy and Katherine Williams

Cannot fault any partners of Calthrops. They all assist & guide in your best interest. First class service from Somara & Craig previously

I used John Smart at Richard Griffiths for the probate and sorting out of my Aunt’s Will. He was professional and helped us to sort out a tricky situation. I found him professional but not distant, easy to communicate with and available when I needed questions answered. I also used Georgianna and team for the conveyancing of the property I was selling. They were efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Again it was always possible to get hold of someone to answer questions and report on progress. I highly recommend the firm. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.

Bilal been always available for any questions, very professional, updated us during the process and do his best to make transition smooth. He is reliable and offers his service for a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Emma Marchant, assisted by Lisa, provided an outstanding service at every stage of our sale and purchase. At the top of their game and strongly recommended.
