Tenancy structures cover the way a private or social housing tenancy is set up and managed, including different types of tenancy, terms, and rights attached to occupying a property. A solicitor in this field helps clients understand and arrange the terms of occupation, who is responsible for repairs, how rent and deposits are handled, and what happens if the tenancy ends or issues like service charges and assignment arise. The work can be shaped by statutory protections and landlord–tenant rules that apply to residential property in England.

“ Lawyer Andreea Moscovici offers high quality professional services. I can also say with great pleasure that, in addition to the lawyer, Mrs. Andreea is also the man who is close to the client's soul. Thousands of thanks!”

“Looking to move to our final home John Brian and Donna Beaumont at Sherrards were our obvious go to solicitors having helped in the past with children’s house purchases. Good choice - we had lots of buyer and seller interactions - we had 3 buyers who all ‘started the process’ and we lost one house on the way (lucky as our final home is better!) Donna and John guided us all the way - how many solicitors will send info evenings and weekends and were happy to help throughout! Professional , Efficient ,ever Helpful and above all Considerate - can honestly say they never broke a promise and took on so much of the stress a home move always generates Thank You and if you are thinking of moving and need a solicitor then in our view they are ‘the very best’”

“I have used MGB for a number of Conveyancing issues and procedures. One thing I have to say is that their professional work is exemplary and does take away the bad rep that some solicitors have. They’re, clear, concise and I am kept regularly updated. I will definitely be using them again. Ria Was especially great to work with and look forward to working with her again”

“I instructed Stephen Carew on the conveyancing for my house purchase. The matter became complicated and stressful we were entered into a contract race, which required everything to be done at breakneck speed, with no certainty of outcome. Stephen provided excellent advice and service throughout, whilst all the while remaining cool, calm and collected. Stephen worked tirelessly over the course of the week up to exchange, continuously liaising throughout each day to keep me informed of the progress. As a result we were ready for exchange within 4 days of being informed we were in a contract race (before the sellers themselves were ready!). We exchanged after the weekend and completed a week later. Despite prioritising this instruction, Stephen did not charge any additional fees on top of his original estimate. My family and I have instructed Stephen on a few occasions now. Every time, he delivers a first class, professional service, excellent practical advice, all at very reasonable rates. I have no hesitation recommending him and Meadows Ryan.”
