As an existing client, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Lorraine and her team, for their valuable skills and excellent service, provided in my recent house sale. I am always happy to recommend Clough & Willis for their first class and professional service.

Rachel recently represented us in a large complex transaction with numerous parties and difficulties. She is extremely competent and efficient, and is effective when dealing with other solicitors and third parties such as estate agents and land registry etc. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants efficient and excellent service and advice and to anyone who's transaction isn't straight forward, like ours.

Excellent experience throughout our house purchase and sale. Super fast responses to our queries, which at times were complicated and involved, where everything was explained clearly to us. Communication was friendly and efficient throughout the process and our Exchange and Completion were finalised within a very quick timescale. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Beyond Conveyancing and would highly recommend them.

Our house move was a bit of a nightmare with negotiations both end however Jodie was always on hand to help. We completed on the date we had chosen

Both myself and partner have used Bank Solicitors a number of times now and have always received first class service from the team of Sobea, Claire and Jamie. On the last occasion Jamie dealt with the conveyancing of both my sale and purchase and was quite outstanding. He was always driving things forward and taking the initiative without the need for prompting not always the case with solicitors! In addition he responded to any communication whether by phone or email in a most pleasant and engaging manner. All in all I couldn't fault the service provided by Banks and in particular Jamie and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
