I had an excellent experience with Sherrard’s Asha Ngai relating to a property purchase. She was efficient, professional and highly responsive. She made the process seamless. This is after an outsanding experience with Sherrard’s Richard Berns on matters related to wills and inheritance. I could not recommend Sherrard’s more highly and Asha and Richard especially so.

Susan was fantastic from the day she took over the file for our case. We were purchasing a house and Susan was efficient, quick to respond and patient. I was very anxious and had lots of questions, Susan went above and beyond to provide guidance and answer all of my queries. Thank you for being so wonderful, we appreciate all of the time that you spent helping us through! Kelly and Sam :)

Louise and Cindy have both worked tirelessly to complete on my sale and recently on my house purchase. I believe they have been working through the most stressful and unprecedented times, created by the havoc of Covid and the need for incentives from the Government by reducing stamp duty. I cannot imagine what their workload has been like, they have never allowed the pressures they have been under to affect their professionalism or performance. They were recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
