Enza Sole

Overall I had a poor experience with KWW Solicitors. After sorting out a probate for me (complete, albeit a little slowly), KWW took on the administration of my mother's estate. This is where everything went badly, with no communication from KWW to me for several months after completion of the probate. I tried to contact them several time via phone messages and emails, with no replies. After several weeks of trying, I escalated to the partner and was promised that my matter would be sorted out. After another two weeks of nothing from KWW, I asked them to close my case and send everything back to me. I have since manage the adminstration of the estate myself.

The conveyancing of my property was dealt with efficiently and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Enza and her team were a pleasure to deal with

Over the last two years KWW have handled the Probate of my late Mother. It was a rollercoaster of unexpected obstacles. I was pleased that I had KWW to help me through the process. Jack Haskew gave me a good overview at the start of the process. Thereafter the day to day stuff was handled by legal assistants and overseen by Jack. The people I dealt with were always polite helpful and professional. The last assistant who helped me for over a year was Victoria Allum. Victoria was very organised, diligent and accurate in her work. We have just finallised the process and I have been very pleased with the service I received from KWW.

Tariq and I have worked on many property transactions together and I have always been delighted. The most recent purchase, he managed to execute the day after receiving the full contract pack. I could not recommend Tariq more to any property professional looking for a friendly yet highly capable solicitor.

I’ve used Tariq Phillips twice now—first when he handled the conveyancing for my commercial freehold purchase, and most recently to navigate a very messy partnership dissolution.
