As a first time buyer, I had no clue what I was getting into and I found eveything from the onboarding app, to receiving documentation via law connect, to completing and post completion instructions clear and concise. The Secretaries and Paralegals were supportive, the Conveyancer clear and comprehensive, and the Solicitor incredibly kind. I received prompt responses, and whilst I did occasionally need to prompt for chasers, I found my questions were dealt with swiftly. I felt like I received tailored advice, and clear options, and was kept informed about next steps. I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Taslima and Natalie from Alexander JLO Solicitors highly enough. They were absolutely amazing throughout the sale of my shared ownership property. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The sale became particularly stressful due to delays and difficulties on the buyer’s solicitor’s side, but Taslima and Natalie made everything on my side feel as smooth and straightforward as possible. Most of the communication was via email which was my preference due to being a teacher and unable to answer the phone during the day. They went above and beyond to keep things moving, explain everything clearly and make sure I always knew what was happening. Their support and reassurance made such a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming process. Thank you so much to both of you for all your hard work. I’m incredibly grateful and would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for solicitors, especially for a shared ownership sale! I will definitely use Alexander JLO Solicitors in the future.

We had a very time-sensitive purchase and honestly I don’t think we would have completed on time without Taslima and the team at Alexander JLO. From the start, Taslima was patient, calm and always kept things moving. Towards completion there were a lot of delays and unanswered enquiries from the other side and at one point it really felt like our completion date might fall through, but she kept chasing and pushing things forward until we finally got the keys. Buying a property is stressful anyway, but doing it with a small child and a very fixed moving date made it even more intense. I really appreciated how responsive and reassuring everyone was throughout the process. Even before Taslima took over the matter, everyone I spoke to at the firm was professional and helpful. Thank you again to Taslima and the whole team for helping us finally get into our new home. I would use Alexander JLO again in the future and would happily recommend them to others.

I'm a first time buyer and my case what handled by Christina Oby-Onyia. She was an excellent solicitor and made the home buying exceptionally smooth for me. Christina was extremely responsive, typically replying to emails within the hour, and always took the time to explain each step in the process to me clearly and in detail. She was also great at negotiating on my behalf and was always really friendly and polite when we spoke. The onboarding process at AJLO was really efficient with everything done through an app so you have visibility of the whole process. Overall great experience.
