I met Adeeb and soneela 2 years ago when we commenced the application process. I had contacted other lawyers, however they did not advice me properly. As soon as I met Adeeb and soneela, I was certain that I had met the right people and the advice given by then is genuine and correct. My family were unable to afford the home office due to our immigration status, therefore I was advised to make the fee waiver application. This was successful and the home office covered our full fees. Accordingly, they made my leave to remain application on the basis on my residency in the UK and also my private life. I have been in the UK for 10 years unlawfully, however, the way my case was presented by Adeeb and Soneela, the home office granted me and my family leave to remain outside the immigration rules. My daughter who has only been in the UK for 5 years, the home office accepted that it would be difficult for me and my daughter to be removed from the UK, as we have established family and private life in the UK. This was truly a remarkable decision as my daughter hasn’t been in the UK for 7 years and also more importantly, I have overstayed my visa for number of years. Despite our immigration history home office granted my family 2.5 years visa. Now my family and I can freely travel and work without having the worry of being caught by the home office .
