Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) is the visa route for non‑UK nationals who have a sponsor employer and a job offer at a skilled level. A solicitor specialising in immigration handles the sponsor accreditation, obtains or assigns the Certificate of Sponsorship, assembles evidence on salary, English language, and maintenance, and completes the online visa application to UK Visas and Immigration, including any extensions or changes of employment. They liaise with the employer, prepare responses to Home Office requests, and represent the client if decisions are challenged or defended on appeal or administrative review.
This area is professional, reserved activity; a solicitor provides regulated, specialist advice, handles complex evidence and correspondence with UK Visas and Immigration, and ensures sponsor duties and immigration rules are correctly followed.
You searched for Tier 2 (sponsored skilled workers) specialists. Here are related areas of law to help you narrow down your results.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Alstern Solicitors for representing me on my immigration FLR(FP) application. The application process took a long time, and I was extremely worried about the outcome, but my solicitor LANI was incredible throughout. She explained every step of the process clearly, gave me practical and honest advice, and proactively chased the Home Office on my behalf to get updates. I am absolutely delighted that my application has been granted and I now have my visa to stay in the UK. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, patience, and dedication. I would recommend Alstern Solicitors without hesitation to anyone who needs help with immigration matters!
