Top 10 of 19 law firms for Intellectual Property Law, BUSINESS | Ancoats, Greater Manchester

We discovered that a completely unrelated firm was attempting to profit by linking themselves to our company name and our reputation and immediately sought help. Half way through a Friday afternoon, we were not expecting to hear back - but we did. Our email was responded to and within a short time we had a solicitor ( Daniel Fletcher) on the phone, with a clear plan for how we could proceed. This was followed up on Monday and by Tuesday a forceful letter had been dispatched. By Friday we received assurances that the other company would withdraw every reference to the offending material and this was acted on promptly. All sorted inside a week. I cannot recommend Forbes too highly.

Keith Melling and his team have provided invaluable guidance to Next Generation Travel on a wide range of matters, from company formation to management share incentive schemes, acquisitions, and complex issues like trademark infringements. Their advice is always clear, comprehensive and tailored to our business needs, allowing us to navigate legal challenges with confidence. We have worked with major Manchester based law firms in the past, but the level of service and expertise we receive from Napthens, under the leadership of Keith, rival those of much larger firms, and at a much more competitive price.
