Kara has been excellent in managing my case since my initial consultation several months ago. All options and process steps broken down carefully and explained clearly at each stage. Effective, clear communication at all times and worked tirelessly to find me the best solution(s) in what is a very complex case. Highly recommended for anyone who needs legal advice and /or support in and out of court. 5 stars.

Diana Mackenzie continuity of communication was faultless. Every stage of the proceedings I received clear, concise emails detailing the current status with an operational look ahead and estimated timescale. Diana Mackenzie ensured that I fully understood every situation and the consequences/potential outcomes of each decision. I was given excellent advice on which route to follow based on her own experience. Every email I received from Diana Mackenzie had obviously been carefully considered and thoughtfully worded yet delivered in good time. Should I ever need similar services again I will go back to Balfour+Manson without question based on my experience in this case. I will also be recommending Balfour+Manson and specifically Diana Mackenzie to my friends and work colleagues.
