I had an excellent experience with Thompsons Solicitors Scotland for my compensation claim. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and always approachable. The team answered all my questions promptly and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive more compensation than I had expected. I highly recommend Thompsons Solicitors to anyone seeking legal assistance—they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

I cannot recommend Khan Law enough! I dealt with Shakil initially and later Hamzah. Both are very professional, and explained things in a way which were easy to understand. They have been patient with all my questions I have had over the course of the last year. I was sceptical initially but I am relieved I listened to Khan Law who advised that I was entitled to compensation. It is a long journey but it is clearly to ensure that all evidence is gathered. I am delighted with the compensation offer which reflects the difficult time I had during, after and continuing to have, after an accident which was not my fault. I cannot recommend Khan Law enough and should any of my friends and family be unfortunate enough to have their life impacted by an accident I shall send them to Khan Law who have shown how excellent of a solicitors team they are. Thank you Shakil, Hamzah and everyone at Khan Law.

Diana Mackenzie continuity of communication was faultless. Every stage of the proceedings I received clear, concise emails detailing the current status with an operational look ahead and estimated timescale. Diana Mackenzie ensured that I fully understood every situation and the consequences/potential outcomes of each decision. I was given excellent advice on which route to follow based on her own experience. Every email I received from Diana Mackenzie had obviously been carefully considered and thoughtfully worded yet delivered in good time. Should I ever need similar services again I will go back to Balfour+Manson without question based on my experience in this case. I will also be recommending Balfour+Manson and specifically Diana Mackenzie to my friends and work colleagues.
